Had it sliced and toasted, paired with some butter and cheddar cheese. So nice with a cup of coffee for breakfast at home! 1 loaf is enough for the entire family, even my children like it.

It turned out perfectly, with a lovely crust and a nice, slightly moist interior. I completely agree. It is absolutely divine with cheese and honey.

A great sourdough bread, keeps well in the freezer. It's great with some butter, or even eaten plain.
